Melissa Houghton, armed with extensive experience within the federal IT services industry, expertise in capture and proposal development and leadership in operations management, has taken on a new role as Senior Vice President of Growth with Ventech.
Utilizing emerging technologies to help move organizations forward has been a constant throughout her career, including AI, ML, Identity and Access Management, Cybersecurity Services, IT Infrastructure Management, and Digital Transformation.
Melissa’s experience includes business capture across the federal government including: Defense – OSD, DISA, Navy, Air Force, Army, USACOE; Civilian – DHS, GSA, EPA, DOE, DOC, Department of State.
