The Contractor shall provide IT support for HCSC-delivered solutions. Refer to Attachment A for the current list of HCSC solutions. This support includes:
- Authority to Operate (ATO) technical support.
- database management.
- project management.
- risk management.
- strategic planning support for enterprise systems and modernization as well as implementation, Integrations and documentation between internal and external systems.
- technical analysis of documentation,
- publications and handbooks.
- technical analysis of new policies and emerging technologies.
- systems integration and implementation to include the analysis of program security deficiencies and application integration monitoring through the governance process.
The period of performance (PoP) shall 12 months from date of award, with four 12-month option period(s) and three Optional Tasks. The overall PoP shall not exceed 60 months.
