This Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) Performance Work Statement (PWS) sets forth the compliance and performance requirements of the Task Order. Throughout this document, the term “A&AS Contractor” applies to the contractor performing work to fulfill the requirements of this PWS. The purpose of this Task Order is to procure A&AS support to the Space Systems Command (SSC) Contracting Directorate (PK) Front Office and Staff Divisions, including the Pricing Division (SSC/PKF), the Policy, Program Support, and Business Operations Division (SSC/PKV), and the Talent Management Division (SSC/PKX).
Task Order Performance Requirements
- Program Management – The A&AS Contractor shall provide daily supervision and quality control and be responsible for the performance of the work throughout the entire period of performance of this Task Order.
- Tools, Processes and Procedures – The A&AS Contractor shall only use government approved software tools and applications. s tools may be used only upon authorization by the COR or the PCO.
- Task Order Transition – At the beginning of Task Order performance, the A&AS Contractor shall participate in organization, system, process, and information knowledge transfer from the Government team and incumbent A&AS Contractor, as appropriate. This transition activity shall occur during the first 30 days of task order performance on the basic period CLINs. At the end of Task Order performance, the A&AS Contractor shall facilitate organization, system, process, and information knowledge transfer to any new contractors and/or Government entities performing all or portions of this PWS during the final 30 days of task order performance …
The estimated period of performance (PoP) will begin (FY) 2025 and estimated to consist of a 1-year Base period and four (4) 1-year Option periods for a total contract life of five (5) years (if all options are exercised).
