HTX Labs LLC., Houston, Texas, has been awarded a $90,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for content creation. This contract provides for delivery of virtual reality content creation, training, and assessment tools, as well as rapid content creation, playback, and analytics. Work will be performed at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas, and is expected to be complete by Sept. 30, 2026. Fiscal 2023 and operation and maintenance funds will be used, but no funds are being awarded at this time. Sheppard AFB, Wichita Falls, Texas, is the contracting activity (FA3020-23-D-0006).
