This award expands Significance’s long-standing partnership with the Navy’s Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED), delivering a comprehensive suite of professional services to provide Resource Management and Financial Operations Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) support across the Navy Medicine enterprise worldwide.

- Major Business Process (MBP) Documentation: Update and maintain Navy Medicine’s extensive library of MBP documentation and desk guides.
- Training: Deliver training to stakeholders and end users to ensure accurate understanding and adoption of updated documentation.
- Strategic Communications Support: Update, manage, and publish documentation across multiple communication channels to maximize accessibility enterprise-wide.
