Sierra7, a leader in government healthcare and technology solutions, announced the appointment of Mo Adeyoju as Senior Director of Portfolio Strategy and the promotion of Sana Humes to Senior Portfolio Director from Program Manager. Both leaders will report to John Folino, Chief Operating Officer, and play vital roles in expanding Sierra7’s operational capabilities and continuing to deliver excellence, client satisfaction, and mission impact across the company’s federal government portfolios.
Mo Adeyoju – Senior Director of Portfolio Strategy
In this executive capacity, Mo will lead the strategic, technical, and managerial direction of Sierra7’s federal portfolio, serving as the senior authority across mission-critical programs supporting US government agencies. She will oversee project managers, act as a subject matter expert, and serve as the primary representative of Sierra7 to federal clients and industry partners.
Mo will also spearhead business development efforts within her portfolio, including the pursuit and recapture of existing contracts, pipeline development, and growth strategy execution. Her leadership will focus on delivering measurable mission value through modernization, efficiency, and the integration of emerging technologies—including artificial intelligence.
Mo brings more than 15 years of success in digital transformation, IT modernization, and enterprise governance. She has a proven track record of delivering more than $300M in portfolio impact, driving $20M+ in revenue growth, achieving $5M+ in cost savings, and producing measurable ROI across multi-billion-dollar healthcare organizations and federal agencies. Most recently, she served as IT Director for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan.
She holds two master’s degrees: a Master of Science (MS) in Business & Information Systems and an MS in Professional & Technical Communications from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
Sana Humes – Senior Portfolio Director
Sierra7 is also proud to recognize the advancement of Sana Humes from Program Manager to Senior Portfolio Director. In this expanded leadership role, Sana will continue to provide strategic, technical, and managerial leadership across her portfolio of enterprise systems and services initiatives supporting federal government agencies. She will oversee project managers, act as a subject matter expert, and partner directly with customers to ensure alignment of mission needs and solution delivery.
Sana’s leadership has been instrumental in driving innovation, agility, and operational excellence in program execution. In her new capacity, she will continue to strengthen Sierra7’s ability to deliver impactful, mission-driven outcomes for its federal partners.
