In sharing the news T.J. posted: I am happy to share that I have accepted a position as the Mission Engagement Manager at Sandtable. I want to thank the Air Mobility Commands (AMC) Commanders Initiative Group, William “Bill” Ward, PMP, Scott “Ruger” Davis, Troy Pananon, MS, MA, John Staudt, Bradley Rueter, Brian T., John Christianson, and Kari Mott as well as many others, to numerous to list, for the years of mentorship and professional development.

I am excited to begin work on our xTechOverwatch proposal which has just been selected as a finalist by ASA (ALT) in partnership with US Army Futures Command in a competition designed to identify and integrate cutting-edge autonomous systems to enhance the situational awareness and operational readiness of battlefield forces. Our AI- and simulation-driven mission planning and rehearsal software will be evaluated by a panel of US Army and DoD experts which seeks solutions to the critical challenge of “autonomous overwatch” on the modern battlefield. This selection validates Sandtable’s commitment to the development of AI tools that effect mission decision faster and more effectively that directedly effect their outcomes.

Sandtable is currently on a IDIQ contract with the Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Grounds which supports the Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Army Research Laboratory (DEVCOM ARL) to research, develop, and transition advanced Agentic AI technologies for future U.S. Army capabilities. They are working to explore and mature Agentic AI in developing intelligent systems capable of reasoning, learning, planning, and executing tasks autonomously or semi-autonomously within complex and dynamic environments.
