Red Team Consulting (Red Team) announced a planned leadership transition that reflects the firm’s continued growth and leadership depth.
Effective January 1, 2026, Jeff Shen joined Carole Stoebe in the role of Executive Chair. In this role, he will remain engaged in strategic direction, industry leadership, and key client and partner relationships. At the same time, Blake Harvey was promoted to President, assuming responsibility for day-to-day leadership, execution, and delivery across the firm.
