Protest filed (again) on VA Veterans Experience Office Contact Center (VEOCC) recompete

Updated February 3, 2026

As the VA addresses as ongoing protest, the agency has awarded a bridge contract (36C10X25C0002) with The Bowen Consulting Group, Inc. (Bowen) to extend services to provide uninterrupted contact center staffing support for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Experience Office (VEO).

Staffing support for the VEO contact center includes the personnel, resources, and services necessary to ensure the contact center operates efficiently and meets the needs of its users – primarily Veterans and their families. This support enables the VEO contact center to effectively address Veterans’ inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely assistance. This extension will allow VA to continue with mission-critical services provided by the VEOCC until the protest is resolved and the VA can make a new award. More here.
