“GSA’s Professional Services and Human Capital Categories (PSHC) has delayed the award of the OASIS+ 8(a) contracts as a result of a pending agency-level protest.
As stated in the Agency’s announcement on September 17, 2025, contract awards and Notices to Proceed (NTP) were scheduled to be issued on or around September 30, 2025. However, as a result of the protest, the contract awards/NTP dates are delayed. We hope to resolve the protest quickly and will share updates as soon as we are able.” More Here.
The challenge: Both GAO and the Court of Federal Claims will not be operating at full steam due to the shutdown, which will only delay further and resolution.
