Another day, and several more challengers jump ship – but not all.
On the heels of Kahu (a Leidos and Pueo Business Solutions JV), DecisionPoint-Agile JV, 360 Innovative Solution and Tribility’s motion for a voluntary dismissal of their cases (or appeals), comes word that severel more challengers ( Nine Line Medical, Inc., CSE VETS, VA Technology Innovation, InteVets and Government Healthcare Solutions LLC) have agreed to voluntarily dismiss their protests. It does appear that many others remain in the mix for now. It is still a very long list, but this a positive trend for those named awardees.
Based on related actions, it appears this protest will continue.
Barring a change, VA had agreed to extend the voluntary stay of the contract and not to accept any performance under the T4NG2 contract until March of 2026. They have set a schedule that does not show a required decision until that time, but if recent action is any indication, this could be resolved much quicker than the announced timeframe.

These cases will be consolidated and all GAO protests will be dismissed as this COFC action should take precedence
At least one more COFC protest this morning – it is just the beginning.
I am hearing that at least three more were withdrawn today. It is all going to come down to what the Court says.
Is that schedule correct? Feb 2025 ?
FY 2025 has the potential to be another year of MAS?!
Is anyone able to attend the Court Hearing?
An optimistic read has this getting finalized by late Summer [if everything goes perfectly], but I don’t think any tasks will be released until FY 2026.
