These cases will be consolidated and all GAO protests will be dismissed as this COFC action should take precedence
At least one more COFC protest this morning – it is just the beginning.
I am hearing that at least three more were withdrawn today. It is all going to come down to what the Court says.
Is that schedule correct? Feb 2025 ?
FY 2025 has the potential to be another year of MAS?!
Is anyone able to attend the Court Hearing?
An optimistic read has this getting finalized by late Summer [if everything goes perfectly], but I don’t think any tasks will be released until FY 2026.
My prediction is that more will be added as awardees to get this across the finish line.
