Pluribus Digital: TTB Prime Win Secured: A New Chapter in Our Journey

We are thrilled to announce that Pluribus Digital has been awarded an $82 million task order by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) through the CIO-SP3 Small Business contract vehicle. Out of 40 competitive bidders, we emerged as the prime contract winner, underscoring our commitment to delivering modern digital solutions that enhance public service missions.

TTB’s mission is “to ensure a level playing field across the industries we regulate by: Collecting the taxes due on alcohol, tobacco, firearms and ammunition; Protecting the consumer by ensuring the integrity of alcohol products; Enabling qualified businesses to enter and operate in the industry; Upholding fair and equitable competition in the alcohol markets; and Preventing unlawful markets for alcohol and tobacco products.” The contract allows us to accelerate TTB’s journey of creating a cohesive and intuitive experience for the external and internal users of their digital products and shift to a modern, cloud-native architecture. Modernizing these experiences means that businesses of all sizes have a low-burden way to pay appropriate taxes and be compliant with regulations.

Pluribus Digital builds modern digital products that serve the public good. This significant win allows us to exercise our full scope of capabilities across:

  • Product Design: Crafting intuitive solutions through user research, experience design, and content strategy.
  • Product Development: Building and supporting software using modern practices in application development, DevSecOps, cloud engineering, and data science.
  • Product Delivery: Aligning efforts to mission outcomes via agile project and program management.

Our work here and with other federal partners within Homeland Security, Health and Benefits, and Financial Services demonstrates our ability to deliver impactful solutions that modernize critical services, enhance transparency, and improve user experiences.
