The recently awarded follow-on IPMSS BPAs are currently under an ongoing protest. Consequently, TSA is unable to issue new orders under these until the protest is resolved.
As a result, TSA is requesting to extend the period of performance for six (6) months, through August 8, 2025 for the following task orders:

TSA announced yesterday that they plan to award a 6 month task to incumbent RELI Group (3 month base + a three month option)
This task, which was awarded as a logical follow-on on the single-award incumbent BPA, will be to provide critical support services that help ensure TSA meets its mission. These services include training, communications, and reporting support. The contractor performs a full range of support services for the HC Operations Directorate to ensure that HC program managers receive assistance in developing communications; planning, coordinating, and administering training; and creating, planning, and executing knowledge management processes. Services include assistance in developing and implementing program documents, scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, managing requirements, offering advice, preparing communications, and providing other administrative support as required.
