We have recently begun supporting HAF/A1/A1X in advancing Audit and Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) efforts tied to the Air Force Integrated Personnel and Pay System (AFIPPS) Initial Operational Capability (IOC).
As part of this effort, Team OMNI will:
✅ Lead the creation of the first-ever A1 Audit Air Force Instruction (AFI)
✅ Build a comprehensive Audit Dashboard
✅ Develop personnel and pay risk management internal control (RMIC) policy requirements
