MarTon Solutions, an SBA Mentor Protege Joint Venture (JV) partnership between OLH Technical Services (OLH) and INDUS Technology (INDUS), announced a new task order award from Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) San Diego, Code 200!
This task order will support the Commander, Naval Surface Force Atlantic (COMNAVSURFLANT) and Commander, Naval Surface Force, US Pacific Fleet (COMNAVSURFPAC) Type Commander (TYCOM) with Availability Work Package (AWP) Managers. The approximate contract award value is $23.5M.
This award is the first win for the MarTon JV and is new work for OLH and INDUS. The scope of work includes providing AWPMs to both COMNAVSURFLANT and COMNAVSURFPAC TYCOM staffs to assist with the development, scheduling, planning, and tracking of surface ship depot level maintenance and modernization work. Specific tasking includes providing technical and programmatic support for Fleet/TYCOM staffs, providing support for planning and execution of Fleet alterations, monitoring the progress of Mandatory Technical Requirements (MTRs), producing deferral letters, lock letters, and after action reports, reviewing cost estimates, supporting depot level availability duration studies, planning and participating in meetings and events, monitoring the depot level planning process, analyzing and monitoring advisories, and preparing and delivering briefs/presentations. Tasks will be performed at Norfolk Naval Station, Norfolk, VA, Mayport Naval Station, Mayport, FL and COMNAVSURFPAC HQ, San Diego, CA. If all options are awarded, the period of performance will go through November 2030.
