“9/23/2024: The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) issued the final Request for Proposal (RFP) HM047624R0005 for SEQUOIA, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Data Labeling services requirement.
The RFP is posted to the CLASSIFIED Intelligence-Community-Acquisition Research Center (IC-ARC) website at https://acq-ui.ace.proj.nrp.ic.gov.
The source selection includes a Phase 1 Oral Presentation and Phase 2 Written Proposal.
Industry questions concerning Phase 1 are due no later than 2:00PM on 30 Sep 2024 via the classified ARC.
Notice of intent to participate in Phase 1 letters are due no later than 2:00PM on 15 Oct 2024 via the classified ARC.
Phase 2 dates will be provided after completion of Phase 1.
Interested parties must have a classified ARC account to access the classified ARC website. To obtain a classified ARC account, interested parties must add their classified email address to their profile in the unclassified ARC website and within 24-48 hours, the classified ARC account will be active.
