This strategic partnership is designed to strengthen Next Phase’s capabilities and competitiveness in the federal marketplace while expanding CSS’s reach and impact across federal agencies. The SBA Mentor-Protégé Program pairs small and disadvantaged businesses with experienced companies to provide business development support, enhance technical expertise, and create new opportunities for growth in the federal technology and services marketplace.

As part of the mentor-protégé relationship, CSS will provide Next Phase with comprehensive support in key areas such as health and safety services, environmental management, and human health. This collaboration will also include guidance and direct support in various areas, including industry certifications, market entry strategies, and federal contract administration and compliance. CSS’s deep expertise and robust resources will empower Next Phase to strengthen its core competencies and position itself for long-term success in delivering mission-critical services to government clients.
