The following organizations are part of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research Development & Acquisition (ASN (RD&A)) enterprise and will be the primary customers of this professional and administrative support contract.
This is a Performance-Based, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) type task order. The contractor shall provide administrative, technical, analytical, systems engineering, financial management, information technology, logistics and program management support services to ASN (RD&A). The contractor will provide the required levels of experience and qualifications in administration, technical, analytical, systems engineering, financial management, information technology, logistics, and program management support to ASN (RD&A). The contractor will provide fully qualified backfills for any position vacant due to extended personal leave, administrative leave, or other long-term absence to ensure there is no extended gap in required support.
Tasks: The contractor will provide overall project management of the assembled team for the tasks described in this section. Typical project management tasks include:
- Provide overall program management and support. Provide issue resolution options as necessary with recommendations based on experience.
- Provide recommendations for high-level briefings and reviews. This includes development of agendas, providing input for the development of briefing packages and supporting documentation, composing meeting minutes, and tracking action items as necessary.
- Coordinate and deliver business and operations support documents and deliverables as requested.
