This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for competitive proposal. However, if interested, Government shall consider all responses. Naval Health Research Center (NHRC) intends to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with Human Resources Research Organization (HumRRO), Alexandria, VA 22314. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) per FAR 6.302-1(c). Contract will be evaluated on Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
Description: Cognitive Research with desired outcomes to include, coding support, proof of concept data dashboard, consulting services, prepare data collection and provide statistical analysis.
