(MAS), and Project Enhancement Corporation (PEC), has been awarded the five-year contract by the Office of Secure Transportation (OST), Research and Analysis Division (RAD). MASPEC is joined by CTA member, Innovative Technology Partnerships, LLC (ITP) to enhance RAD’s mission and ensure continuity in advancing OST’s national security objectives.

Under this contract, MASPEC will provide critical analytical support services to RAD/OST. The scope of work includes tactical, operational, and strategic operating space focusing on mission success in a complex and dynamic environment. Services include information analysis gathered from national, regional, state, and local agencies, and utilizing OST defined threat related documents to analyze and prevent direct and indirect threats against mission operations. Also, MASPEC will obtain intelligence products, including collecting and aggregating open-source intelligence data, law enforcement sensitive information, and the production and dissemination of threat reporting derived from multiple external organizations.

Such threats include domestic and international terrorism, criminal activity, radical/extremist aggression, natural disasters, and hazards and infrastructure concerns. MASPEC’s efforts will support RAD in reviewing and advising OST threats ensuring timely threat detection and response to safeguard national security operations.
