We’re pleased to announce the promotion of Martina Wood to President of FEI Systems.
Since joining FEI in 2018, Martina has brought exceptional depth, discipline and leadership to the organization—guiding FEI through significant growth and increasing complexity across the Behavioral Health and LTSS markets we serve. Her impact has extended well beyond operational excellence, shaping how we engage clients, scale delivery and build long-term partnerships.
As Chief Operating Officer, Martina has already been operating at this level, and the role of President and COO reflects her expanded scope of responsibility, including overall leadership of client growth and enterprise execution. This is not a symbolic title change – as noted by our CEO, Craig Steffen, it recognizes the maturation of our fundamentals and the evolution of how we manage relationships, delivery and outcomes. This promotion formally aligns her authority and role with the performance, trust and leadership she demonstrates every day and the recognition of our board of directors.
