Leidos has appointed Elena Fenton as a Growth lead within its Federal Health IT business. Elena will oversee growth strategy across the company’s federal health technology portfolio focusing on the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
Fenton brings more than 25 years’ experience in federal and commercial health IT and business development, driving integrated capture strategies, elevating customer engagement and leading digital modernization initiatives for major health agencies and top healthcare organizations. A recognized federal health award winner, she brings proven expertise and skills to every mission she leads.
In her new role, Fenton will focus on the modernization of complex legacy systems, champion interoperable health-data exchange across agencies and care settings, prioritize user experience for both government personnel and patients, and embed rigorous cybersecurity and data privacy practices into every solution.
This move comes on the heels of yesterday’s announcement of two additional key hires: Kerri Posteraro joins as a Client Solutions Lead within the Digital Modernization Sector | D.J. Dart joins as Strategic Growth Director for the Federal Civilian Digital Modernization Sector
