HLP Integration is pleased to announce being selected as the awardee of the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Litigation Support Services contract. This award continues HLP’s growing position as a key partner in modernizing our federal, state, and local customers approach to solving data management challenges. Specifically, USACE is engaging HLP to provide an intelligent document review platform as a service to support their mission to efficiently identify key metadata within millions of records. HLP’s proven Project Management will implement a human centered approach to leverage natural language processing, generative AI, and other technologies to empower USACE to accurately understand the responsive and sensitive documents within document discovery and review for litigation.
“We are honored to provide USACE with modern and defensible litigation support services.” said Josh Hewitt, Chief Operating Officer of HLP Integration. “This opportunity takes our Public Sector division back to the company’s core services when HLP was founded in 2007 as a commercial market eDiscovery Litigation Support firm. Over the past six years, our specialty among our Public Sector customers has been leveraging smart document management COTs applications to assist stakeholders in automating business rules, intelligent search, text extraction, among other key factors to improve performance and customer experience. We wouldn’t have success today without the experiences we acquired in litigation support. Our HLP team is grateful for this award, and we are excited to support USACE in their efforts.”
“Our program management and project management team are looking forward to exceeding our customer’s expectation. I am confident our process, our technological capabilities, and subject matter expertise will be advantageous for USACE.” said Alyson Watson, MBA, Director Program Management of HLP Integration.
