GSA Selects Maximus for Government Experience Contact Center (gXCC) Services BPA

Maximus just secured a major federal win, beating out a deep and competitive field that included 9 other bidders to land a Prime spot on the Government Experience Contact Center (gXCC) Services BPA.

Formerly known as the Public Experience (PX) Contact Center, gXCC supports high-volume calls and chats for federal agency customers, including the USAGov program. Forecasted by General Services Administration at a projected total contract value for this 5-year BPA at between $100M and $250M, this single-award contract will play a pivotal role as it connects people with government information and federal agencies.
