Allen Samuel is now identified as the Director of Modernization and Innovation at the General Services Administration. In this role Samuel is responsible for modernizing, rationalizing, and innovating real estate applications and systems for the Public Buildings Service (PBS) in GSA. He is also responsible for identifying new technologies to improve operations, develop modern system architecture, and develop a PBS Technology roadmap.
