Jude’s recent experience includes leading two task orders under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) National Heart, Lung & Blood Institute (NHLBI) IT Application Center (ITAC), providing Service Desk, Configuration Management, Project Management, on-premises/cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) Infrastructure support, Software sustainment, DevOps and Cyber Ops.
