Federal law enforcement training centers are shopping for enterprise IT services

The Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers — or FLETC —are planning a potential information technology support contract that would provide a range of enterprise services, according to a Wednesday request for information.

Housed within the Department of Homeland Security, FLETC serves as an interagency law enforcement training consortium that partners with 103 federal organizations — as well as state, local, tribal and international law enforcement offices — to provide training and resources at facilities in Glynco, Georgia.; Artesia, New Mexico.; Charleston, South Carolina; and Cheltenham, Maryland.
