The Biological Technologies Office (BTO) of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) will host the BTO Innovation Opportunity Fair (BIO Fair) event for prospective proposers on November 12, 2025. Advance registration is required for in-person and virtual event. There will be no on-site registration. The event will include overview presentations by DARPA personnel, including BTO Program Managers.

Through hosting the BIO Fair event, BTO aims to: (1) familiarize participants with BTO’s mission and interest areas; (2) facilitate discussions with potential proposers; (3) increase the efficiency of proposal preparation and evaluation; and (4) foster a new performer network. This meeting will be held at the Unclassified level. All in-person attendees are required to present government-issued photo identification upon entry to the event.
