The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has a requirement to obtain vendor capabilities and receive industry feedback on collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and delivering information about inventors named on patent applications submitted to the USPTO through a customer survey program.
The USPTO has identified the CS Program objectives as follows:
- Select a representative sample of inventors based on the population and characteristics identified by USPTO
- Identify the survey mode, instrument development, programming, and contact materials
- Include a randomized participation incentive
- Survey administration
- Data and analysis
