DHS ICE RFI: Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) External Training Application (SETA) – MRAS

SEVP’s core functions include monitoring student and school compliance; administratively enforcing rules and regulations; certifying and recertifying schools; developing program policy and regulation for SEVP-certified schools and students; conducting outreach to ensure stakeholder compliance and understanding of federal rules and regulations; performing site visits and school visits.

The Contractor shall provide support to assist SEVP staff with the development, launch, and maintenance for all technical aspects of the SETA web-based training application, including:

  • Develop the SETA application, including identifying applicable software systems to support the application.
  • Configure and manage user access for the application, ensuring the development of an application that tracks user progress through the training.
  • Technically develop, launch, and maintain the user-facing SETA web platform.
  • Technically develop, launch, and maintain all SETA modules and training courses.
  • Develop a feedback mechanism for users to report technical issues and provide technical and content feedback through the SETA web platform; provide technical support for and resolve issues encountered with the application.
  • Maintain SETA data and analytics, include utilizing and developing Tableau dashboard(s) to track key metrics and data points.
  • Provide ongoing operations and maintenance for the SETA application, including web platform and training modules.
