The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity Enterprise Medical Services Contracting Division (DHACA EMS-CD) intends to award a bridge contract to Zygos Consulting LLC. This action is necessary to ensure DHA continues to receive these services until the requirements are met by a competitive means. The Strategic Contracting Advisory and Training Services current contract number HT0011-23- C-0066 provides strategic advisor support functions across the Defense Health Agency for the Program Executive Officer (PEO) of Medical Systems/Chief Information Officer (CIO)/ J-6. The advisors perform the following types of functions: consults with client to define need or problem; initiates, supervises, and/or develops concepts and strategies for complex programs; provides strategic advice, guidance, and expertise to program and project staff; provides detailed analysis, evaluation, and recommendations for improvements for mission critical challenges/issues; leads studies and leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions. DHA EMS-CD is issuing this RFI for planning purposes and for determining whether a noncompetitive bridge procurement is in the best interest of the Government.
