Background

The purpose of this requirement is to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract with call orders under which the FDA can obtain human capital integrated support services. As a result of this BPA contract, the FDA expects to achieve the following outcomes:

  • Augmented and expanded training support services in alignment with the agency’s strategic human capital goals to support the improvement of agency capabilities and strategic alignment to critical mission effectiveness
  • Enhanced collaborative communities to support and enable effective organizational development and redevelopment goals
  • Applicable and useful recommendations that supports the efficient use of the Learning Management System platform
  • Standardized program management processes and documented and implemented efficient business outcomes across the agency

The scope of this BPA contract includes providing the technical and professional support services necessary to achieve the objectives presented in the Purpose and Objectives section. The individual call orders will be issued under this contract to procure contractor services support for the following functional task areas:
