Background
The purpose of this requirement is to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract with call orders under which the FDA can obtain human capital integrated support services. As a result of this BPA contract, the FDA expects to achieve the following outcomes:
- Augmented and expanded training support services in alignment with the agency’s strategic human capital goals to support the improvement of agency capabilities and strategic alignment to critical mission effectiveness
