As I reflect on recent trends in the GovCon space, I’ve observed a significant shift toward leveraging advanced technologies like artificial intelligence and cloud computing to enhance efficiency and decision-making in federal contracts. The push for digital transformation is evident, with agencies increasingly prioritizing cybersecurity and data analytics to safeguard sensitive information and optimize operations. Another notable trend is the growing emphasis on COTS solutions and small business participation, driven by policies aimed at leveraging commercially available products and diversifying the contractor base, respectively. These trends present opportunities, and I plan to focus on aligning our company strategies with these priorities, particularly investing in AI-driven tools, and fostering partnerships with companies that align with these priorities to meet our customers’ goals.

About Charles
Previously, Charles held leadership positions with IntelliWare Systems and IntelliBridge. He has extensive experience in local, state, and federal government contractor management including program and technical management for innovative IT solutions in law enforcement, national security, and defense domains. Charles advised and provided program and technical subject matter expertise to the FBI, Department of Defense, White House, and Supreme Court in areas of strategic planning, program management, and advanced technologies.
Charles is a graduate of Duquesne University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Information Systems) and earned an M.S. in Information Systems from George Mason University.
