This strategic partnership brings a modernized and transformed healthcare model delivery through an integrated suite of capabilities to service members, with a focus on improving access, streamlining care delivery, and enhancing military readiness.
This new partnership enables a unified patient view with data from disparate systems, enabling a comprehensive 360-degree view of patients’ medical history, vitals, and lab results for more informed patient decisions for proactive care from clinicians and patients, improving outcomes. The BDR and eVisit collaboration works to reduce data silos and enable interoperability by leveraging open standards, common data models such as HL7 FHIR, across various compute infrastructures and digital health tools, allowing data to flow between platforms securely and efficiently.
“The partnership between BDR and eVisit strengthens data governance and compliance while supporting innovation and scalability,” said Christopher Kim, BDR Senior Vice President of Growth. “Our goal is to automate data integration and orchestration to reduce manual tasks and streamline workflows for healthcare providers, payers, and researchers.”
This collaboration combines BDR’s deep understanding of the unique needs of veterans, active duty members, and beneficiaries to support their healthcare challenges and eVisit’s digital care platform to improve operational readiness and accelerate access to care for service members, veterans, and their families.
“Together with BDR Solutions, we’re enabling the Defense Health Agency and other federal healthcare organizations to rearchitect the model of care,” said Sachin Agrawal, Chief Executive Officer of eVisit. “Within this collaboration, the companies are effectively intelligence purveyors, turning health data into operational insights that shorten time-to-care and support mission-critical decisions to improve patient outcomes across military and veteran communities.”
The joint announcement underscores both companies’ commitment to advancing the mission of the Defense Health Agency and supporting the evolving needs of federal healthcare organizations.
