BEAT-ATC has been awarded the Information Management and Communication Services (IMCS) support contract for the Bluegrass Regional Network Enterprise Center (RNEC), headquartered at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. BEAT-ATC is a joint venture between BEAT and Abacus Technology Corporation.
