Nearly 15 months after its initial award decision was announced, an action by USDA earlier this week indicates a new award decision may be coming on this high-profile USDA Farm Production and Conservation contract to develop, modernize, enhance, and maintain information systems, software applications, web services, and databases that will help implement science-based conservation practices.
