This contract shall provide HQ STARCOM Business Office and its subordinate units with acquisition and advisory support for managing and executing a portfolio of service contracts engaged throughout each stage of the Adaptive Acquisition Lifecycle, from pre-award to post-award activities for all assigned portfolios and/or programs to achieve the organizational mission of delivering responsive, mission-focused acquisition solutions that optimize warfighter operations.
