As the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for the Electronic Health Record Modernization Integration Office (EHRM-IO), Crystal will provide executive oversight of consolidated administrative operations, workforce management, human capital coordination, executive administrative support services, and executive correspondence. Crystal also serves as the principal advisor to senior leadership on administrative and people-related functions, ensuring operational alignment, compliance, and effective execution in support of the VA’s national EHR modernization effort.
