Toni brings more than 26 years of federal government experience in law enforcement, with a distinguished career culminating in the Senior Executive Service (SES) within the Department of Justice. She has extensive expertise in leading mission-focused field operations and directing law enforcement efforts aimed at combating violent crime. Throughout her career, Toni managed and executed a $119 million budget supporting critical law enforcement initiatives and oversaw numerous contracts related to law enforcement, intelligence, and department-level programs.
With a strong commitment to public service, Toni integrates her operational background with a passion for supporting people, processes, and technology to meet the evolving needs of clients. As a Senior Project Manager at Constellation, she ensures the delivery of high-quality services and successful program outcomes while fostering strong client satisfaction.
