ProSync Technology Group Acquires Jaguar Defense to Strengthen Cybersecurity and Intelligence Support for Federal Clients

ProSync Technology Group, LLC, a leader in advanced technology, engineering, and AI solutions for U.S. Federal Government and private sector clients, has acquired Jaguar Defense, Inc., enhancing its mission-critical offerings.

Founded in 1999, Jaguar Defense provides cybersecurity, intelligence analysis, industrial security, and artificial intelligence solutions for customers across the Federal Government. These extensive capabilities and experience further position ProSync Technology Group as a leader within the Federal market.

Jaguar Defense’s leadership team will continue in senior roles at ProSync Technology Group. Gabriel Fulton, CEO and co-Founder of Jaguar Defense, brings his commitment to operational efficiency and strong leadership as Chief Operating Officer. Ajeet Burns, CFO and co-Founder of Jaguar Defense, will serve as Chief Financial Officer and Janis Richards, CIO of Jaguar Defense, will be Chief Information Officer.
