BLN24 is partnering with RIVA Solutions to provide strategic communications support for the Defense Health Agency’s (DHA) Medical Research and Development Command (MRDC) under the Shared Services Strategic Communications Support contract. The collaboration strengthens ongoing efforts to improve how DHA communicates critical medical research that protects the health and readiness of Service members and their families.
MRDC leads the Department of Defense’s medical research and development enterprise. Through this contract, BLN24 will support communications activities that help MRDC share its work clearly and effectively with military leaders, clinicians, researchers, and the public. BLN24’s role includes content development, design, digital support, and data-informed communications strategies that make MRDC’s research more accessible and easier to understand.
