Credence Secures Unrestricted Award to Support the DOS Office of Refugee Processing

Credence has been entrusted by the U.S. Department of State’s (DOS) Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (PRM) to support the Office of Refugee Processing, which includes the Refugee Processing Center (RPC) and ServiceNow refugee processing system, START. We will help ensure that the United States can effectively process refugee cases with speed, accuracy, and advanced technological tools.

This five-year, Unrestricted contract award positions Credence as a critical part of the United States Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP), where humanitarian efforts and technology converge to benefit people in need.

This contract is not business as usual. Credence will deploy next-generation technologies to redefine how the U.S. supports refugee processing, through AI/ML-powered analytics, zero trust security frameworks, cloud-native platforms, and human-centered digital services.

Credence has successfully completed the complex transition to the new contract, placing SMEs in critical roles and onboarding both technical and business domain expertise. We established and are managing intricate interfaces across government agencies to ensure the secure exchange of case-processing data. With these foundational elements in place, Credence has effectively ramped up performance in support of the State Department.

“We are honored to partner with the Department of State to empower innovations that bring hope, resilience, and security to refugee populations worldwide, and we are committed to advancing the department’s mission with humanitarian compassion and technical excellence,” said Anshul Gupta, Principal of Federal Programs at Credence.
