COREONYX Government Solutions is proud to announce Mr. Tony Joyce as our new Vice President of National Security and Defense.
Tony joins us with more than three decades of military, government, and technical leadership spanning the Army, Navy, Air Force, and U.S. Special Operations. His career reflects a rare combination of operational credibility, disciplined program management, and deep experience guiding high-risk, high-value defense systems from concept through sustainment.
Tony has managed billions in program and contracting portfolios, overseen more than fifty service contracts valued at over $1.5B, and led more than forty source selections across SOF AT&L. He has served as a trusted advisor to requiring activities, contracting officers, senior engineers, and international partners. His track record across TALOS, Navy ordnance programs, FMS initiatives, and joint EOD operations shows one consistent trait: he thrives where mission pressure is highest and brings order, clarity, and performance to complex technical environments.
In his new role at COREONYX, Tony will accelerate our DoD delivery mission across secure communications, cyber engineering, AI/ML, DevSecOps, advanced cloud platforms, and mission assurance. He will lead capture and proposal efforts, shape teaming strategies, and drive growth across the national security portfolio. His background in lifecycle acquisition, systems engineering, and test makes him uniquely equipped to guide transition-in activities, maintain audit readiness, and ensure compliance with evolving DoD security standards.
Tony is already an advocate for modern delivery approaches and is well-positioned to leverage AI-enabled proposal systems, automation tools, and future-ready technologies to expand our DoD footprint. He will mentor delivery teams, strengthen workforce development, and serve as a mission-first advisor to government leadership, partners, and operational users.
His experience, judgment, and commitment to solving problems at the lowest level align directly with COREONYX’s values and our responsibility to support the warfighter. Tony will also represent COREONYX across defense forums and partner engagements as we continue building a trusted, innovative presence in the national security community.
