I’m pleased to announce that I’ll be taking on the role of Executive Director for Strategic Programs within our Office of the Chief Procurement Officer. As we continue evolving our acquisition strategies and organizational structure, leadership has entrusted me with this important mission. I look forward to continued partnership across our component acquisition leadership as we streamline acquisition execution, contracting, and oversight to bring capabilities to bear quickly.
The Strategic Programs office plays a critical role in advancing our strategic sourcing initiatives, with particular emphasis on industry engagement and procurement efficiency. I’m energized by the opportunity to continue driving key initiatives in partnership with OMB on category management, as well as advancing our work on the ICE Pact and its growing impact on international defense cooperation.
Our mission remains clear: delivering critical capabilities and resources to our operators with speed and efficiency while supporting our nation’s security objectives. I’m grateful for the confidence placed in me and look forward to the work ahead in counter-UAS operations, maritime dominance, and defending the homeland.
