The Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission (MACPAC), a nonpartisan legislative branch agency, intends to release a request for proposals (RFP) to establish a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. MACPAC is seeking contractors capable of undertaking short and long-term studies and analyses on a wide range of topics relating to Medicaid and the State Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) including payment, access, quality, managed care, program integrity, spending, long-term services and supports, etc. Awardees demonstrated competence in three or more of the following types of work: Convening, soliciting, and analyzing information from stakeholders; conducting environmental scans and information syntheses; conducting limited surveys and focus groups; analyzing survey and administrative data; and modeling, actuarial analysis, and policy simulations.
