Tina brings 20+ years of federal IT leadership, including CIO, CAIO, CDO, and SAOP roles at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), where she led one of the government’s boldest modernization efforts. A Fed 100 Award winner, Fed 50 honoree, and Meritorious Civilian Service Award recipient, she’s built high-performing teams across DoD, USPTO, and DFC, delivering full Zero Trust implementation, cybersecurity transformation, and the first FedRAMP-authorized AI RAG model.
Now retired from federal service, Tina joins Northramp to help clients design and deliver strategic technology solutions—bringing the same clarity, energy, and execution to new missions. Her focus includes expanding our services to include:
