She has led both business development and large-scale service delivery on enterprise IT contracts, building trusted client, executive, and vendor partnerships while managing complex acquisition lifecycles. Known for establishing and leading large-scale teams to drive operational excellence and strategic alignment, Melani brings deep expertise in program expansion and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes that maximize stakeholder satisfaction.
