TechSur Solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Marina Fox as its new Director of Digital Solutions, bringing to the role a distinguished federal track record and industry-wide recognition for advancing digital service excellence.
Marina joins TechSur after more than 15 years at the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), where she founded and led the government-wide Digital Analytics Program (DAP). DAP provides federal agencies with real-time, user-centered metrics to optimize digital services, all while maintaining public transparency via analytics.usa.gov.
Her leadership in digital services was recently recognized by the Public Service Leadership Academy (PSLA), which honored her in their “Delivering Excellence in Digital Services” category. The award acknowledges her pivotal role in scaling DAP as a transformative tool for measuring and improving how the public engages with government websites.
During her tenure, Marina drove government-wide innovation by building frameworks for transparency, accountability, and performance measurement at scale. She advanced centralized, no-cost analytics that empowered agencies to make data-driven decisions, and introduced real-time monitoring capabilities that kept the public informed during critical, high-traffic events such as health information surges. Under her leadership, the Digital Analytics Program has captured over 7.7 billion days of cumulative user engagement, equivalent to 21 million years of interaction with federal websites.
In her new role, Marina will lead TechSur’s digital solutions portfolio, spearheading initiatives in analytics, user experience, AI-driven automation, and data-driven modernization. She will partner with government agencies to develop digital strategies that are measurable, adaptive, and human-centered.
