Aptive, through its joint venture Arrow ARC, received a spot on the 10-year, $14 billion Integrated Healthcare Transformation (IHT) 2.0 IDIQ contract from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA).
This contract allows Aptive to deliver health care management, modernization and support services that strengthen Veterans’ access to high-quality care nationwide.
Under IHT 2.0, Aptive will support four core areas:
- Health system transformation and innovation
- Implementation and operations
- Health care business enabling services
- Health informatics

Services under IHT 2.0 include electronic health records management, mental health and suicide prevention, access to care, population health, financial transformation, human resources modernization, regulatory compliance and analytics.
