Leidos wins $106M Naval Health Research Center Operational Readiness Research Support IDIQ

Leidos, a science and technology solutions leader, and 2025 Elev8 GovCon honoree, beat out one other bidders to be awarded a 5-year $105M single-award IDIQ contract for the provision of operational readiness research support services to include investigative studies that involve planning, coordinating, designing, and executing experimental protocols in support of the Naval Health Research Center, one of the eight laboratories within the Navy Medicine Research & Development Enterprise.

Work will begin in September 2025 and is expected to be completed by September 2030. Work will be performed in San Diego, California (80%), and Reston, Virginia (20%).

Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity (N00189-25-DZ021).
